START BLENDING :
Hold the start blend button for 3 seconds and the line will start.
The white dot on the buttons start blend and run fibers will first flash green.
The last feeder will start filling its weigh pan and make 3 fiber dumps.
After each dump, the blending conveyor will move forward by one step.
Then the next feeder will start and so on.
When Feeder 1 starts dumping fibers, then all selected feeders will dump at the same time and feed the sandwich blend of fibers to the next machine.

Ik zou het op een 'stortinstallatie' houden. Of anders onvertaald laten.
'stortinstallatie' ook omdat het woord 'storten' goed kan worden ingepast in de context / wat er gebeurt goed 'storten' kan worden genoemd.
Zoals je hier kunt zien, is de 'weigh pan' één ding (dat is/wordt gepositioneerd onder de 'nose' van de 'feeder'):

From there it is metered into a shaker chute which distributes an even layer of fiber to the garnett. Once the fiber has been Garnetted it is cross lapped to the desired width.
