Can anyone help me with this terminology please? I found pignoraticios related to pledges, but not as a name unless it might be "pledgee" perhaps?

Los accionistas de la sociedad y los acreedores pignoraticios registrados, o bien sus apoderados o representantes legales, deberán comunicar a la sociedad, mediante el formato establecido por ésta, su nombre y apellido, dirección y sello registrado. Deberán proceder del mismo modo en caso de cambios en los datos comunicados.

(co. shares and chattel mortgage) registered chargee/s or mortgagee/s

chattel mortgage aka a bill of sale (conditional by way of mortgage vs. absolute as a receipt for a chattel, like a painting etc,) in E&W: parties to which are the chargor / assignor (borrower) vs. chargee / assignee (lender, usually on the collateral security of a motor car).

Pledge /pledgor / pledgee are literal translations, routinely used in the City of London by foreign investors and banks, but would apply to the holder of physically pawned *bearer* = unregd. shares. Regd. shares are transferred by a mortgage form process that readers really ought to be familiar with.

Mortgage of shares, counter-intuitvely, happens to be UK company law textbook terms and usually heads the selfsame chapter.
