Hi everyone, I'm doing a medical report for a patient who had pulmonary adenocarcinoma and passed away.
This is under the heading "HISTORIA ONCOLÓGICA", with the context:
Adenocarcinoma pulmón TxN2M1a (derrame pleural, M1 pleurales, M1 óseas)
Mayo 2019 (tos), TC de tórax (30/5/19):
Severo derrame pleural izquierdo, M1 pleural izquierdo, ADP ventana arto pulmonar 12 x 10 mm.
Pleurodesis izq 23/7/19, AP:
Adenocarcinoma compatible con primario pulmonar.
So I know that "ventana arto pulmonar" should be lung window or aortopulmonary window: https://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish-to-english/medical/182013... but I can't figure out "ADP" in this context.

En el TAC le salió: una masa sólida de contornos espiculados de 3,5x2,5 cm de diámetro en el Lóbulo Superior Derecho, que se asocia a tractos de comunicación con la pleura de la convexidad, así como a la existencia de un gran conglomerado adenopático paratraqueal dcho (6x4 cm) y adenopatías en la ventana aortopulmonar.
