@Kitty Thanks for that. I read it and understand what it means, but I am looking for something relatively short to go in a writ. I feel I need to keep the English expression and then put in brackets behind it what it means in Dutch. There are options such as "Uitstel van betaling" for time to pay and ""betalingsregeling" for time order, but am aware this does not cover it exactly.
