Spanish term

"descarga central de cabeza de mt y descarga 2 al 5 mt"

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Medical report
With apologies, but the entire phrase was too long for the system to accept, this is a continuation of
"plantar con oliva retrocapital"

30+ reports, from Uruguay (probably), summarizing doctor's visits for diabetes and complications, including foot, heart, and eye problems.

Following the recommendation for "plantar con oliva retrocapital" (which I think may be something like a metatarsal pad or an orthotic), the sentence goes on to say "descarga central de cabeza de mt y descarga 2 al 5 mt."

Which I think refers to distributing the weight and taking it off the 2nd to 5th metatarsals. Grateful for any help.

Thaks!

We hypothesized that the primary mechanism of pressure reduction at the metatarsal head with the MP was loading of the soft tissue proximal to the metatarsal head and unloading of the soft tissue over the metatarsal head.
