Transcript from Guatemala
This is a 2006 college transcript. The abbreviation "vac." appears after several of the course names.
For example, "Est. Socioeconomicos de Guat. Vac."
"evaluacion de aprendizaje II. Vac."
It has nothing to do with withdrawing from a course, because there are 35 courses listed and 35 courses passed.
I also notice that the date next to all the "Vacs" is either December 31 or June 30. I have no idea if that's relevant, but I was playing around with the notion that these courses could have been taken during a vacation period.
I have also eliminated the possibility that these are "virtual" courses because it's pre-pre-pre covid era.
The degree is in secondary education teaching and education administration.
"Vac." does not appear to be associated with any particular type of course. It appears with "socioeconomic studies," "evaluation of learning II," "curricular planning," "teacher training lab," "records and controls," "human rights," "independence and the modern era," "adolescent psychology," and "psychopedagogy."

Es posible, no sé por qué, yo apostaría por vacante (quizás ese disp., que aparece en las coincidencias, que puede ser disponible). Lo ideal, desde luego, preguntar a la universidad para salir de dudas.

How you translate that depends on the target audience, I think. In North America, it would be a "summer course" or "summer school" for the one ending June, and a "winter holiday course" perhaps for the one ending December 31, though I don't think those are as common. You could simply translate it as "holiday course".
