Dipende da contesto e stile complessivo. Le due proposte sono corrette. E il senso non è letterale: "go to zen = rilassare il corpo e la mente (con la tecnica di meditazione zen)". Letterale è: "entrare in modalità zen" che lettore forse non capisce
