2. Delivery and Redelivery
(a) Delivery - Subject to Clause 2(b) the Vessel shall be delivered by the Owners free of cargo and with clean tanks at any time between the date stated in Box 5 and the date stated in Box 6 at the port or place stated in Box 7 where the Vessel can safely lie always afloat.
(d) Redelivery - The Vessel shall be redelivered on the expiration or earlier termination of this Charter Party free or cargo and with clean tanks at the port or place as stated in Box 8(i) or such other port or place as may be mutually agreed. The Charterers shall give not less than the number of days’ notice in writing of their intention to redeliver the Vessel, as stated in Box 8(ii).
