English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

2. TERM
This Agreement shall become effective on the date hereof (the Effective Date), and shall remain in full force and effect until the earlier of:
(a) the Contract Expiry Date of the last remaining Drilling Contract relating to a Rig to terminate or expire;
(b) any termination of the Shareholders’ Agreement;
(c) the Customer exercising a right to terminate in the event that Nabors Netherlands and its Affiliates cease to be a party to the Shareholders’ Agreement;
(d) the date this Agreement is terminated in accordance with clause 12; and
(e) the date the Parties agree in writing to terminate this Agreement,
(the earlier to occur of such dates being the Termination Date).
