certificado de ejecutoria

¡Hola colegas!

Note from asker:
¡Hola Emiliano!
Peer comment(s):

agree patinba : Final judgment and enforcement. Tu referencia australiana es indiscutible.

declaration/certificate of final (non-appealable) judgment

An option, depending on the type of ruling. Is it divorce related? If so, then final non-appealable divorce decree could work.
Note from asker:
Hi Seth! Thanks for your answer. The ruling is not related to a divorce but to a judgment where the parental authority of a child was granted to their mother only. I was considering the "certificate of final judgment" option until I read it was linked to divorce rulings so I discarded it. What do you think?

certificate of final and (Oz) conclusive (E&W) binding judgment

ejecutoria : final / appealable (?) judgment, West

Medium CL - confidence level - a 'peremptory' answer is subject to time-zone wake-up answers from legal colleagues 'Down Under'.

In many other countries including Europe & Japan, the certificate needs to be marked *binding* to be enforceable.

'.. al inglés para Australia': The principal criteria for the application of Pt 2 FJA is that the judgment is a final and conclusive money judgment from countries specified in the Regulations. − Final or interlocutory judgment/order by court in civil proceedings ..... 7. Is it a “final and conclusive” judgment? Note: See common law. See also s 5(5) FJA (still final if appeal pending or has been appealed but not yet heard http://7thfloor.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Enforcemen...

'.. al inglés para Australia': Alas, Maria, there is no such thing in Australia as a 'Certificate of Final Enforcement', as our UK-trained lawyer/s (Solicitor/s) in Oz - after factoring in the time-zone difference - might still care to confirm. Otherwise, it may be risky using a tautology as enforcement must be final, unless there has been a stay of execution.
Example sentence:

Enforcement of Foreign Judgments 2022 The limitation period starts from the day the judgment becomes legally binding.

Note from asker:
Hi Adrian! Thank you so much. Enforceable judgment seems appropriate as the ruling implies the parental authority of a child was granted to their mother only. The judgment is final, conclusive and non-appealable, and this certificate is just saying that the judgment was enforced.
