can be biased
I think "biais d'objectivité" is a tautology here. I would just put something along the lines:
"It thus seems obvious that the surgeon might be biased while filling the questionnaire when it comes to interpret the patient's answers".
"It thus seems obvious that the surgeon might be biased while filling the questionnaire when it comes to interpret the patient's answers".

: No tautology; also, your context sentence is badly flawed.

An objective bias
"it seems obvious then that there may be an objectivie bias on the part of the surgeon when filling in the questionnaire, through his (subjective) interpretation of the answers given by the patient"

FPC
: An objective bias would mean a bias which would be appreciated by anyone who weren't biased, i.e. an incontrovertible bias. It's fine but not what the text means: it simply says the surgeon's objectivity/judgment is biased

Yep, thanks. If you read my proposed context translation, it is obvious what is meant.

lack objectivity
I would say:
[Given the circumstances,] it seems obvious that the surgeon completing the questionnaire may lack objectivity in interpreting the patient's answers.

perception bias/es
Unconscious bias/es, an umbrella term, might also work...
e.g. the surgeon may be influenced by unconscious biases...

Objectivity Bias
Deleted my earlier comment, as I'd mistakenly typed ObjectIVE Bias instead of ObjectivITY Bias. Objectivity bias/Biais d'objectivité seems to be a term of art used in the field of cognitive bias, with similar definitions in each language. See examples.
The point being, I think, that it's a cognitive bias induced by your own tendency to rates others views according to how objective you believe them to be - in this case, surgeons potentially discounting the patients' responses.
This is out of my field, though - I'm just going by the example texts.

Biais d'Objectivité - Définition : Tendance à considérer que les personnes perçues comme objectives sont plus crédibles que d’autres
