The personnel policies for Valley Wide Cooperative Inc., are contained in the Employee Handbook, have been adopted by the Board of Directors, and extend to all employees of Valley Wide Cooperative Inc. These policies may be amended by action of the Board of Directors from time to time as they deem necessary. Employees will be advised of any changes in policy. A copy of the Employee Handbook is available for employee reference at each Valley Wide Cooperative Inc. location.
