No me queda claro si "as-in-service" se debería traducir en este caso. Frase:
"As-built plan drawing changes and As-In-Service software will be given to the department responsible for future maintenance of the change. Red-line drawings and As-In-Service software will be received from the contractor".
Mi intento:
"Se entregarán los cambios de planos As-built y el software As-In-Service al departamento responsable del mantenimiento futuro del cambio. El contratista entregará los planos con modificaciones y el software As-In-Service."

@ Gabriela, aunque todo indica que as in service se usa como sinónimo de as a service, no está de más consultar con el cliente, ya que la forma as in service es muy poco común, creo que se trata de un error; no bstante, curarse en salud.

Creo que el error puede provenir de confundir SaaS con ISSU (in service software update). Repito, clarifica con el cliente.
