Colombian hospital epicrisis form
Good morning! I'm working on a Colombian hospital epicrisis form, under the Ayudas Diagnósticas section. This phrase occurs among other diagnoses thus:
Bocio tiroideo.
My option would be: "Alveolar involvement, ground-glass opacity involving lung bases". Any suggetions? As always, a thousand thanks!

alveolar involvement [associated] with ground-glass opacities in lung bases
That would be my choice. Ground glass is a non-specific finding, so I'd say "associated with". And you can say just "in" lung bases rather than repeating "involvin".

diffuse ground-glass opacities (GGO)
