PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT
All assets owned individually by either party at the date of the solemnization of their marriage, all trust interests as well as any distributions of principal from any trust to such party, all corporations, all personal property in the possession of either party at the date of the solemnization of the marriage and which continue to be individually owned at the termination of their marriage, and all assets acquired after the solemnization of the marriage to which either party holds individual legal title at the termination of the marriage, including the income therefrom and any increase in the value of such assets during the period of their marriage and any assets substituted therefor, and any beneficial interest held in trust on behalf of either party and any income therefrom shall remain the sole property of the party owning such assets and shall not be subject to equitable division in the event of divorce except as may be provided by written agreements of the party owning such assets. All references in this agreement to individually owned property shall include property over which a party has power, exercisable solely by such party, to vest title to such property into such party's sole name or to dispose of the principal of such property for his or her own benefit, regardless of whether legal title to such property is held by agents, trustees, corporations or others.
