English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Channelling

The prices on the website exclude delivery charges and import costs, which are added to the total price as indicated in our Shopping Guide (see the Shipping section) and your checkout, and regarding the latter where an estimate can be provided.

Duty, customs tariffs and taxes (“Import costs”) are set by each local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin of the goods being purchased and/or the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by each local government.

The amount of applicable Import Costs, if they can be estimated, will vary in each case.
When you place your order, you authorize the Company to charge you the Import Costs applicable to the products of your order where an estimate can be provided.
