Yes, could be If it's not a list of medications, then it could well be symptoms. But 'discarded' means thrown away.
Toni Castano Dec 21, 2023:
Could it be referring to symptoms? That´s what comes to mind when I read the description. If I´m right, then perhaps "discarded" for "negados" (síntomas).

Una imagen de cómo aparece en el texto para contextualizar mejor. Pero también lo interpreto como que responde que no a las preguntas.

Meds Medical history and current meds and dosage listed. Then, this comes on the next line.
Then 3 blank lines after followed by physical exam, alert and oriented, etc
philgoddard Dec 21, 2023:
Does it go straight from 'current medication' to 'Interrogatorio: negados', or is there a list of medications in between?

If it's the former, I think it may mean 'Questionnaire: not taking any' or 'all answers negative'. That would explain why it's 'negados' in the plural, presumably agreeing with 'medicamentos' or something.

Interview: denied

Declined
Basically, the patient denied having whatever asked in the interview. If it is about medications, the patient denied taking meds.
(You may explain it if you consider it is not clear within the context)
Peer comment(s):

neutral philgoddard : 'Denied' implies you're being accused of doing something.

neutral Lirka : "denied" is absolutely correct in medical English ( eg The patient denies pain, allergies, or whatever). But I'm not sure about "interview"-
