English term
enfant terrible
"Les équipes composées d'employés aux capacités et aux parcours variés sont plus susceptibles d'intégrer des membres différents que les équipes d'employés partageant les mêmes idées avec un enfant terrible."
Je ne sais pas si cela convient de garder l'expression "enfant terrible".
Il s'agit d'un article sur la manière de bien intégrer les personnes créatives dans l'entreprise.

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

enfant terrible
Oui je sais que l'expression est française. Je me demandais si traduire littéralement était suffisamment parlant. |

: Yes, here a simple backtranslation is all it's needed. But when EN "borrows" FR words and gives them a completely distorted meaning, it's no longer so simple.

black sheep
If you describe someone as the black sheep of their family or of a group that they are a member of, you mean that they are considered bad or worthless by other people in that family or group.

: Won't work, there is too much negative connotation in "mouton noir" // This "enfant terribe" is someone unconventional, but useful - would have been thrown out of the company otherwise.

"le/la casse pied de service" would be a good opposite for "like-minded employees"

"enfant terrible" wouldn't be used in some stuffy management-speak style of writing - this whole text is probably not so formal.
