@ José I came across a previous ProZ entry: https://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish-to-english/law-general/79... where "N.N." = nomen nescio (Latin), ningún nombre (name unknown/the unknown accused), but I have no idea if this makes any sense in your context. Should there be no further proposals, you will have to do more investigation.

This is a guess, I hope it helps. Looking to some papers about lawsuits I suspect that N.N. is the substitute for a name (the name of one or other party) c/NN seems here to be "against NN" equivalent to "against John Doe".

Again this seems to be the translation of some lawsuit document where the names have been substituted by NN, which is the abbreviation nomen nescio ("nombre desconocido") meaning unknown name or no name in English, therefore I suggest not to translate NN.
