Italian term

Parte dei diritti

Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general) Law
This Is a letter l need to correct to a film director from an ltalian who made the soundtrack who Is entiltled to royalties. Sorry if it's not so clear.

Today I want to inform you that after five months I haven't heard from the Lawyer xxxxxx who works for Patrizia xxxxx the new owner of the most important part of "Il Volo". The Lawyer xxxxx won't answer the phone and never calls me back, so I decided to contact Mr. Andrea Occhipinti to propose him a collaboration regarding my part of the (material and immatterial) rights or alternatively l could sell a part of them.
Furthermore I could find a sponsor before the italian Tax Shelter rule changes.
..

Così ho deciso di contattare Mr. Andrea Occhipinti per proporgli collaborazione riguardo alla mia parte di diritti oppure/ o vendere una parte di essi.

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): Lara Barnett

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Should it be 'dei', as in your question header? Either way, I think the meaning is clear.
Note from asker:
The client refuses to answer the question about di but let's assume so😂 . Sounds Amazing. Thanks

royalty split

I think this is a 'retrocession' scene, though not spelt out by the lay writer.

Otherwise, I assume that - for confidentiality reasons - proper names have been changed.
Example sentence:

This split sheet, also known as a royalty split agreement, is essentially a contract between you and your collaborators on how to split the shares of a song, once you start making revenue from it.

Peer comment(s):

neutral philgoddard : You can't say 'my royalty split'. A split is between two or more people.
