English to Spanish Other Law: Contract(s)

It is expressly agreed that, in case YYY is given an assessment or other notice, summon or conviction, as responsible or joint-responsible for any obligation attributable to xxx or, such of xxx’s obligations, at the discretion of the competent authorities, may be attributable to YYY, wether of tax, labor, social security or any other nature, even after the end of the Contract, without YYY taking the position of defendant in the case, after notified by YYY, YYY may, at its exclusive discretion and notwithstanding the other rights arising or resulting from this instrument, (i) withhold the payments due, until XXX meets the corresponding obligation, releasing YYY from the assessment or other notice, summon or conviction, or (ii) charge such obligations from YYY, and this obligations are hereby considered by the Parties to be net, certain and demandable debt, chargeable through an enforcement process pursuant to the Civil Procedure Law, and this instrument serves as valid document for such collection
