B. SUPERVISORS
"1. Each supervisor and/or department head should make their employees aware of work safety procedures. In areas the job assignments might expose employees to hazardous conditions or potential injuries (working with volatile chemical, heavy lifting, machinery operation, etc.), formal safety guidelines and procedures should be established. These procedures should become a part of every new employee’s orientation program with periodic training sessions held for all continuing employees."

"Hazardous Duty Pay
Your FG employees are entitled to hazardous duty pay for irregular or intermittent duty involving unusual physical hardship or hazard. This entitlement may not apply to employees whose grade classification takes into account certain physical hardship or hazard. FG employees are paid hazardous duty pay for the entire shift on a day when such duty is performed."

those working in harmful and dangerous conditions

I prefer to avoid "workers working in" if possible. Could say "workers operating in". Could say "labour conditions" but it doesn't seem necessary.

Alternative: "Those working in a harmful and dangerous environment".
Peer comment(s):

agree Kirill Semenov : is it possible to say "workers exposed to harmful or life-treating condtions/influences" ?
11 mins
Thank you. Not "life-treating". "Life-threatening" is possible but stronger than the original (смертельно опасными).
