I agree with the others that P.IVA = Partito IVA - equivalent to the UK VAT No.
CF stands for Codice Fiscale. We don't have an exact UK equivalent to this. I translate it as "Fiscal Code", some prefer "Tax Code" - both terms are OK. I think this detail should be included in your translation.
IT12345678912 is the standard format for Italian VAT codes. UK ones are GB123456789. So you can leave the IT as it is.

CF stands for Codice Fiscale. We don't have an exact UK equivalent to this. I translate it as "Fiscal Code", some prefer "Tax Code" - both terms are OK. I think this detail should be included in your translation.
