Henry does have an excellent point, because if you kill someone just for fun and get a lawyer to defend you, you might not want "justice to be served". Still, as a slogan for a law firm, I still believe BAMary�s suggestion is the most appropriate.

Creo que \"le\" sí es importante ya que se trata de un anuncio, pues si se hace justicia, a lo mejor al indiciado se le receta una condena, y la idea es lograr el resultado que el mismo representado desea.

Gracias, George. Así lo traducimos los Trad. Públicos cuando un escrito termina en "Será Justicia" (Justice will be served), así que pensé que podía aplicarse aquí también.
neutral Yvonne Becker : eso es "que se haga justicia", pero no refleja el "le". Igual no se me ocurre ahora como incluirlo

to get you the settlement you deserve

A little crass, but it's an ad, trying to attract clients, and the client wants a lawyer who will get him what (he thinks he) deserves. (Or she; political correctness is cumbersome!) I fully agree with everything Henry wrote regarding the need to include the "le" but I think my version sounds more natural, if inelegant.
