German to English Law/Patents Law (general)

This is derived from the same legal document (money laundering case) & appears repeatedly as a heading. I am essentially wondering if my selection of terminology is suitable or if there is a better or perhaps even a standard way of expressing this in English "legalese", so to speak.

Other considerations have included "evaluation" for Auswertung and simply "note" for Vermerk...?
