Danish to English Medical Medical (general) Lab results

The only translation I can find for GIM is "general internal medicine", but this is written under an section describing the gastrointestinal system, so that doesn't seem to make sense here.
"Gastro
Tappet abdomen. Let spændt men ok ved palpation. % GIM. Har spist morgenmad."
The patient is diabetic also. Not sure if it referring to blood glucose monitoring.
