The batch system depends on age groups i.e. All those who were born between January 1st, 1994 and April 30th, 1994 (18-year-old by then)should report to conscription centres on XXX date. Some candidates get deferrance for educational or family reasons, others are recruited. In some cases a batch of recruits wholly or partly are exempted from mandatory service for other administrative reasons i.e لمن يصبه الدور Hope it is clear by now.
