English to Arabic Law/Patents Law (general) regulations

The Committee is required to verify individual applications within 90 days of their submission.
The application and verification process will be regulated in detail with bylaws, including: form of application, documents to be submitted, review process, evidentiary standards, interview protocol, information management, data protection, etc.
Survivors whose applications are rejected will have right to appeal to the Committee.
Based on the international standards and best practice, efficient application and verification process will require:
Outreach and visibility of the program within survivors’ communities
Victim-friendly procedures (e.g. easy physical access,###survivor-sensitive operating procedures###, flexible evidentiary standards, community verification)
