Procedure for changing the thru-pin in the tool pull-up shaft
Note: Before replacing the thru-pin, be sure to read the instruction manual together with this caution plate.
1. Attach the collet guide to the stopper and install them to the spindle. Then, insert the wrench into the spindle. When installing the stopper, remove the cap fixing bolts. (2 bolts for #40 and 3 bolts for #50)
2. Unclamp the spindle tool.
3. Remove the pull-up shaft unit using the wrench and lever. The collet, ring, thru-pin, coil spring and collar are disassembled together with the pull-up shaft.
4. Remove the coil spring and the thru-pin from the pull-up shaft.
