(Zákonné/legislativní) nařízení o reformě (institutu) manželství Explanation: Ustálený český termín (pokud vím) neexistuje. Jedná se zřejmě o Marriage Reform Ordinance 1971, legislativu přijatou Legislativní radou HK v roce 1970, která nabyla účinnosti v roce 1971. Jedním z nejdůležitějších důsledků bylo zrušení konkubinátu. "Ordinance" se obvykle překládá jako nařízení, ale toto je vlastně z našeho pohledu zákon, protože "Ordinances" jsou v HK součástí primární legislativy, přijímá je tamější obdoba parlamentu – legislativní rada. Ta ovšem nebyla v té době volená, ale jmenoval ji guvernér (HK byl tehdy britskou kolonií).
