Careful "ty si" is an incorrent, slang spelling. The informal is spelled "Ty jsi" and the formal or plural is "Vy jste". Now, you are going is a diffent thing altogether. Ty jdes (Vy jdete) are in a sense of you walking somewhere, Ty jedes (Vy jedete) is in the sense of you travelling in a vehicle somewhere, BUT if it's you are going + to do something it changes that you would simply use the "ty" and then the future form of the active verb ie: Ty to udelas (you are going to do it).

Explanation:
The two expressions I propose are good translations of "you are" if the phrase refers to the future ("you are going to buy a dog...").
If you need "you are going" in a different context, use advice from my colleagues or, yet better, learn Czech :-)
