Non-PRO English to Czech Other

I am trying to put together a card that will allow my clients to identify a person's native language so I can provide them with the appropriate translation or interpretation service. If it is inappropriate for me to ask this quesiton here, please accept my apologies and tell me it is inappropriate. Could you also provide it to me in an email with the correct font? Sometimes Proz doesn' display the characters correctly. I believe my version of Word could read the correct fonts. Thanks,
