Management is obliged to cooperate fully with and assist the Compliance Board.
• raise the concern with the person involved, by speaking to the manager, the next level up manager, or • report the concern to the Compliance Board.
To facilitate independent investigation, the company assigns the handling of reports to the Compliance Board.
The Compliance Board assesses if there is sufficient information for an adequate investigation.
