buy-in buy-in; draagvlak Explanation: 'Buy-in' wordt bij mijn weten vaak onvertaald gelaten, zeker ook in de context van veranderprocessen en verandermanagement. Als je het toch wilt vertalen, zou je voor 'draagvlak' kunnen kiezen. 'Betrokkenheid' kom je in dit verband ook wel tegen, maar dat zou kunnen overlappen met 'commitment' of 'engagement' als (een van) die termen ook in je tekst worden gebruikt.
