The use of the plural 'standees' suggests it is a noun, not an adjective, and in EN, reversing the word order like this doesn't really work. Also, a 'standee' is something quite specific, and rather different from a mere 'stand'.
'bunting' means 'banderoles' — the kind of thing you see stretched across streets during fêtes, and in shops a lot to draw attention to something or other...
