The use of the plural 'standees' suggests it is a noun, not an adjective, and in EN, reversing the word order like this doesn't really work. Also, a 'standee' is something quite specific, and rather different from a mere 'stand'.
'bunting' means 'banderoles' — the kind of thing you see stretched across streets during fêtes, and in shops a lot to draw attention to something or other...

surreal thought ... ... this term gave me an image of people who can't find a seat on a bus/metro (the horrible mis-formed term "standees") playing a very gentle shot at baseball (a "bunt"). But how you play baseball in a crowded metro carriage I don't know.

But now that image has faded, I agree with Tony.

standees AND bunting Given the structure of the sentence, I feel sure that it was meant to be 'standees and bunting' (to balance with 'leaflets and brochures') — 'standees' and 'bunting' are two quite distinct and dissimilar things. If they are giving you trouble individually, then you really ought to post the 2 terms in separate questions, please.
