Mais le hic c'est que c'est pour des canadiens...
Et on trouve les deux dans ce cas (Compte-rendus et rapports) quant à evenements, j'ai remarqué que dans ce contexte ils aiment bien garder un terme proche de l'anglais dans le coin, donc autant garder observation...

Bref je suis pas sorti de l'auberge...

Compte-rendu d'événement En français "parisien" cela "sonnerait" mieux. En québecois, je ne puis rien dire.

Bon, ben apparement il s'agit tout simplement d'un rapport d'observation, car c'est une document edité par des agences qui, bien que TRES similaire aux constat d'accidents, est reservé à ces agences pour envoyer aux superviseurs de conducteurs et donc à differencier avec les rapports d'accidents qui eux sont reserves pour les autorités/compagnies d'assurance.
Donc jusqu'à preuve du contraire on va garder Rapport d'observation.. tout simplement...

Yes at first that what I thought it was but the more I read about this Observation Report the less convinced I am.
Here we are talking about a Motorist Observation Report or MOR, which is something I heard off in the US, and it involves someone calling a Road Safety Management agency to report about NOT ONLY an accident but it could also be a simple abusive driving (etc..) so I don't think this is just a Rapport d'accident... Well I'm just not sure.

Also this is for a Canadian company, if it helps...

More Information I also thought this was simply the "Constat amiable" but it seems the correct translation would be "Joint Report" according to most trusted Canadian auto websites.

So maybe it would be "Rapport d'accident" ?

But then why would the English version use Observation?

..Confused...
