Bonjour,
Dans le cadre d'un contrat, je cherche à traduire "Commissioning Notice", je l'aurais traduit à la base comme "Avis de mise en service", mais j'ai plus l'impression ici qu'il s'agit d'un "Bon de commande".
Le contexte est le suivant : "The End-User shall not be permitted to use the System, and the License shall not be deemed granted unless (a) the Commissioning Notice was delivered, and (b) each installment which was due on or prior to the date of the Commissioning Notice was paid in full, when due."

Peut-être la mise en service doit-elle être effectuée par le fournisseur pour la délivrance de la licence d'utilisation. Le paiement complet des sommes dues semble ici être une condition supplémentaire. Le bon de commande est un document antérieur à cette étape de la procédure.
