Au chapitre de la rémunération de la société du Réalisateur:
a fee deferment of US$50,000 in addition to the Fixed Fee payable pro rata and pari passu from a deferments corridor of 43.75% of 100% (increasing to 50% of 100% following recoupment of the Director's DGA deferral set out in clause 3.2.3 below) alongside all other talent deferments as more particularly set out in the GAMA. If Director's services on the Film are terminated for any reason other than termination for Default, then the Director's entitlement in respect of such deferment shall vest in the same percentages as the Fixed Fee actually accrued and payable to Director pursuant to clause 3.1 above;
