La broncho-pneumopathie chronique obstructive, abrégée BPCO, est un groupe de maladies chroniques systémiques d'origine respiratoire, atteignant les bronches. Au Québec, la maladie est appelée maladie pulmonaire obstructive chronique, ou MPOC 1.
