I agree with the others' comments; even in English it sounds bizarre out of context. My answer is a stab at best to what it could mean, you would need to ask the client. What kind of concrete visual reminder of aseptic technique could there be? Could it be some kind of statue?

@Asker Surely there must be some context you can provide. This doesn't seem to make sense in English. Reuben could be right, or it might mean a poster or sign illustrating the aseptic technique.

C'est un titre? On dirait qu'il manque quelque chose après visual. Visual tout seul pourrait signifier 'Représentation (visuelle) permanente de technique aseptique' qui ne m'inspire pas trop.
