This seems to me to be a SAP term (have almost continuously been working on SAP manuals for about 5 months now, hence...:)).
SAP gives as official translation of Single resource: 'Single Ressource'
Assigned = zugeordnete
Retailer = Händler
Vendor = Lieferant (in your context - in other contexts it can also mean 'Kreditor', etc)
Hence: 'Single zugeordnete Ressource von Händler und Lieferanten'
If you don't like 'single', you might consider replacing this by 'einmalig'.
