Ich bin der Meinung, dass "client matter" nicht wörtlich übersetzt werden kann - was hier gemeint ist, ist, dass der Anwalt im Auftrag des Mandanten tätig geworden ist - im Gegensatz zu anderen Auftraggebern oder internen Angelegenheiten - und diesen Service jetzt berechnet. Ich würde deshalb lediglich "... Durchsicht von ... Unterlagen für Mandanten" angeben.

"Mandantenvorgang" cannot be found on google and does not exist in the dictioinaries, but it is a permissible comnbination in German, if you want to use the shorter version.
