Aufgabengebiete: Berichte über Reklamationen; Vergleich und Auswertung der Reklamationsdaten etc.
Umschreiben lässt sich diese Funktion ja, aber gibt es da einen übliche Bezeichnung? Außerdem macht mir der "officer" Kopfzerbrechen. Eine "leitende Position" scheint er mir in diesem Fall gemäß der Aufgabenbeschreibung nicht zu haben.

officer can be Beamter - sounds too bureaucratic and governmental in this case - as well as Direktor or leitender Angestellter, at least in USA interpretation. I suggest Verantwortlicher which probably holds true without elevating or downgrading the position.
