decollate snails

English to German Other
In the early season a non-toxic horticultural oil spray is used to smother over-wintering eggs and then beneficial bugs are introduced. To date the Park has released 250,000 ladybugs and 40,000 decollate snails. These predatory snails are used to hunt out and eat brown garden snails.

To decollate can mean enthaupten, and since these are predatory snails, maybe these are Raubschnecken ;->
