il termine corretto nell'ambito Inventory (magazzino) è: scorte di magazzino.

In alcuni casi si lascia anche Stock, ma personalmente l'ho sempre tradotto così nella localizzazione di programmi di gestione aziendale Inventory (gestione magazzino)
