disagree  allearz: そもそもRulesとLawsは異なるものなので、参考文献のURLをLawsで検索している時点で本来の目的から逸脱してます。

  -> That is not always true and the first link says, "The law of evidence, also known as the rules of evidence". Another example is "rules of war" AKA "international humanitarian law".
