I think, this translation is more natural.

Happy New Year = Laimingų Naujųjų Metų, but if you add "from England", it would be more natural to say 'Sveikinimai Naujųjų Metų proga iš Anglijos'.

All our love and best wishes = I devided this sentence in two parts, because naturally in Lithuanian we don't say like that. So it's better to write like this:

Best wishes from Kings = Geriausi linkėjimai nuo King'ų
With love, Lynn Charlie = Su meile, Lynn Charlie

Well, if we speak about naturality, I'd advise to change couple of things in Danute's translation.

"Labas!" would be more informal, moreover the greeting is followed by "Sveikinimai..." ("Labas! Sveikinimai..." would sound better than "Sveiki! Sveikinimai...")

Although, I think we seldom say/write "tikimės... gyvenate gerai", more often and informal is "viskas tvarkoj". And I'd rather use plural "tikimės" because the message is on behalf of Kings family.
