WSI 28 Days - Index date: Sept 12th, 2018
Logic: the closest past September to the earliest month shown in the charts
Example: At Jan 28th, 2020, we show Jan 2019 to Dec 2019 WPI, WSI in the Pricing Charts, the closest past September to Jan 2019 is Sept 12th, 2018. Thus, all months reference that index date.
The index date will be the same until Oct 1st, 2020, when we would show metrics from Oct 2019 to Sept 2020, and the closest past September would become Sept 26th, 2019.
