Nu am foarte mult context sau clarificări... Nu am mai întâlnit acest termen, nici nu reușesc să găsesc prea multe info pe Google sau în alte surse online. Să fie vorba de un șablon de contract care a fost adaptat pentru o piață locală?

Cred ca este vorba despre o adaptare a unui contract la o anumita zona/stat adica o armonizare a legislatiei.
Nu am gasit rezultate pe internet cu termenul sugerat, poate exista un termen mai precis si poate cineva cu mai multa experienta va reusi sa ofere mai multe informatii.

Asker: Mulțumesc mult pentru răspuns! Așa m-am gândit și eu, sunt familiarizată cu conceptul de localisation, dar nu am mai întâlnit până acum structura „localised agreement” fix în forma aceasta, m-a pus un pic de gânduri. Mulțumesc din nou pentru ajutor!
