The Company shall pay the Agency at cost for each of the following costs and expenses incurred by Agency on behalf of the Company, and shall duly specify such cost and attach copies of invoices to the Agency’s invoices: (i) Travel & Subsistence Expenses: including transportation, hotels, meals of Agency personnel in connection with special requests by and upon written approval of the Company. Class of travel, hotel and mileage will be agreed in advance;
